Regional Shopping Center located in Montgomery County, just north of Washington, DC.
Westfield Wheaton is located in Montgomery County,
Maryland, just north of the Capital Beltway and at the
heart of the growth-oriented suburban Maryland /
Washington DC metropolitan area.
The venue boasts a strategic location near three major
thoroughfares including I-495, as well as advantageous
proximity to Greater Washington’s Metro Red Line.
Indeed, Westfield Wheaton is one of the few centers in
the metropolitan area within close walking distance of a
Metro station. On weekdays, the Metro caters to a high
volume of professionals commuting from area suburbs to
work in downtown Washington.
