We serve mentally/physically challenged adults through coordinated care and support for clients and their families. Quality Home Care, LLC enables individuals to remain in the safety and comfort of their own home environments for as long as possible. We serve clients transitioning back home from an assisted living setting, or from hospital, nursing home or rehabilitation facility.
Our companions and home health aides act as caregivers and friend when family members can not be present. This enables family and friends to have peace of mind knowing that their loved one is getting the attention they deserve, the companionship they desire and the care they need to remain safe in their home.
