How long have you been in business?
Approximately 1 Year.
What is your primary product or service?
We provide senior level search and human resources consulting services to current and future industry leaders, primarily in government contracting, IT services, telecommunications, finance and professional services.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
After serving as vice president of HR and Recruiting for government contractors for the past 20 years, I saw a real need in the market for these services to be delivered in an affordable and scalable way to growing businesses who did not necessarily want to employ and HR executive on a full-time basis. We are successfully filling that need.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our firm has deep expertise in helping companies who seek to do business with the Federal government and need help with the burdensome regulatory and compliance challenges that face companies doing business in this market space.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location in downtown Bethesda which positions us well to serve the entire DC Metro area. We have no current plans to expand.

We are located directly over the Bethesda Metro station at the intersection of Wisconsin Avenue and Old Georgetown Road.

We accept company issued checks from our clients.

Our primary service area is the DC metro area, but we are able to support clients in Columbia and Baltimore as well.

The company is owned by Jeffrey Rosolio, Managing Partner and Elise Ambrose, Partner.

Our operating hours are from 8 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
