How long have you been in business?
I opened The Color Zone Salon in late February 2009. I have been in the business since 1993.
What is your primary product or service?
My focus is on hair services offering custom haircolor ,cuts and Cezanne formaldehyde smoothing treatment .
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I first became interested in my industry when I was a preteen. My mother is a stylist and this kept my interest. My friends would always ask me to style their hair for special events. The rest is history.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I listen to my clients. In the years I have been a stylist
I have heard many stories on why people leave a previous stylist. I listen and try my best to not make the same mistakes. This has helped me build a loyal clientele.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One location, no plans on expanding right now.
What type of payments do you accept?
mastercard,Visa, Discover,cash, checks. Gratuities not accepted on credit cards.
