Long enough to know how to provide the creative consulting, no-nonsense negotiating, and careful overseeing of the transaction details necessary to provide clients with the services they need. My background as a real estate developer, home builder, and broker in the DC metro area covers a span of 3 decades.
What is your primary product or service?
Residential real estate representing the interests of buyers and sellers looking to improve their lifestyles and multiply their wealth through the purchase and sale of well selected real estate.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Focusing on the buyers and sellers, consulting with and negotiating for the actual decision makers, is more suited to my style than tilting windmills and large organizational bureaucracies.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
When you think of the traditional real estate broker, imagine a taxicab. You flag the cab, the driver takes you the way they want to go, you pay, you get out of the cab, and you never see the cabbie again. Too many real estate brokers are like the cabbie - just looking to take people for a ride. My business is more like a limousine service, based 90 plus percent on referrals from satisfied clients. We treat all our clients with the creative consulting, no-nonsense negotiating, and careful attention to details that results in our clients introducing us to their friends, family members, and co-workers who deserve the same quality of service.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Our network of vendors and suppliers is dedicated to helping our clients achieve their dreams. We are always looking to add new affiliates who share our client centered approach.

We get paid two ways. First, by the current transacion, and second, by the referrals and personal introductions made by our clients.
Which areas do you service?
We service great clients wherever they need to be in the greater Washington DC area. Typically in the close in suburbs of Maryland and Virginia. Been as far as Purcelleville and Baltimore.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
The affable, bold, caring, creative, determined, focused, forward thinking, greatful that he's so handsome and humble, Jeff Annis, is the lead consultant and principal broker of Jeff Annis Real Estate LLC.
What are your hours of operation?
OPEN most days about 9 or 10. Occasionally as early as 7, but some days as late as 12 or 1. We CLOSE about 5:30 or 6, occasionally about 4 or 5, but sometimes as late as 11 or 12. Some days or afternoons, we're not here at all, and lately we've been here just about all the time. Except when we're someplace else.
